The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, analytical, strategic, creative, customer-centric, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and quick to adapt to change.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive results through initially managing paid media campaigns and planning marketing strategy, whilst building up a small team to execute future marketing launches. You’ll work on digital campaigns across Meta, Google and Pinterest, and be encouraged to test and scale other platforms to help grow the business, as well as supporting our retention team with strategy and testing.

What You’ll Do:

Manage and oversee paid media execution:

  • Manage campaigns with clear marketing KPIs in mind, whose goals may be acquisition, direct response or engagement
  • Build and own a robust media strategy and roadmap to achieve short and long term forecasts targets
  • Plan and analyze A/B tests on all aspects of campaigns, such as audiences, creative, and bids
  • Report back on test results to fuel further tests and provide insights to other parts of the business
  • Work with the team to constantly challenge approaches to stress test current best practices

Drive strategy with your expertise and analysis:

  • Diligently monitor the performance and continuously optimize in order to grow sales while hitting efficiency goals
  • Run deep analysis to provide insights for more impactful testing and measurement
  • Work with both acquisition and retention teams to provide synergies
  • Maintain high levels of up-to-date knowledge of strategies and opportunities in paid media (attribution, best practices, betas, ad network updates, innovation opportunities, etc.)

Be part of a high performing team:

  • Capture learnings from tests and share insights with the team to develop best practices
  • Work cross functionally and coordinate with the team on projects and new initiatives to ensure goals and deadlines are met
  • Hire and develop members of the team to support and execute our market launches and media strategy

What You’ll Need to Have:

Required:

  • 3+ years of experience in managing paid media campaigns across multiple channels (search, social)
  • A proven track record of driving growth using digital media
  • Experience working in or with Retention teams
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics (CPC, CTR, CPM, CPA, ROAS, CVR)
  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
  • Analytical with strong quantitative skills
  • A passion for test fueled growth
  • Experience building and developing small/medium sized teams
  • Organized and detail oriented with the ability to adapt in a fast paced environment
  • Excitement for start-ups and building from the ground up
  • Local to London, England to be onsite in a hybrid capacity

Preferred:

  • Knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics
  • Agency and/or ecommerce experience is a plus, especially in Europe
  • Experience in running and localising campaigns in different markets within Europe
